Western Omelette without cheese

Ingredients
2 large eggs0.5 cup diced extra lean ham (98%) 0.5 cup diced onion0.5 cup diced green bell pepper3 thick slices of tomato 1 tsp. of smart balance1 slice of whole wheat toast
Directions
saute gently (medium heat) with PAM, onions and green peppers until softened, then add ham until warm. Remove from pan and set aside.
Beat the eggs completely, then add to the pan, allow the bottom of the eggs to set, then add back in the vegetables and ham on half of the omelette and cover the mixture with the other half of the omelette and let it set.
