Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili

1/2 c. Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts4 15-oz. cans S&W white beans, drained and rinsed (7 cups)2 14.5-oz. cans Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, (3.75 cups)1 c. La Victoria Enchilada Sauce Green Chile, Mild2 cups yellow corn, canned or frozen1 7-oz. can diced green chiles6 T. dehydrated chopped onion2 T. minced garlic1/2 t. chili powder1 t. salt1/2 t. black pepper1 t. garlic powder2 t. cumin
Pour dressing into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Coat both sides of chicken breasts in dressing and then bake at 350 until done, approximately 35-45 minutes.
Set aside until cool enough to handle, then cut into small cubes. Put in large slow cooker with remaining ingredients and turn on to low. Cook for 3-4 hours to allow flavors to combine.
Serve on its own or topped with corn chips, cheese, light sour cream or other desired toppings.
