Pork and Almond Stir Fry

Ingredients
400g pork fillet1 red onion, cut into wedges1 tbs grated fresh ginger1/2 tspoon Chinese five spice1 tbs peanut oil60g blanched almonds200g snow peas, trimmed, halved lengthways1 punnet baby corn, halved125ml oyster sauce
Directions
Conbine the pork, onion, ginger and spice in a bowl. Heat half the oil in wok on high heat. Add almonds and stir-fry 2 minutes until golden. Transfer to bowl. Stir fry quarter of pork mixture at a time for 1-2 minutes and return to a bowl.
Heat remaining oil in wok. Add snow peas and corn and stirfry 1-2 minutes. Add pork, almonds and oyster sauce. Serve with rice.
