1 cup of almond meal375grams of lupin flour2 eggs2 tsp cream of tartar 2 cups of sugarfree lemonade4 tsp splenda
get a large bowl put in all dry ingredients and eggs whisk or stir into each other then add lemonade a quarter of a cup at a time untill you reach a thick cake batter type consistency , spoon into muffin tins/loaf tin that have been sprayed/greased and bake in the oven at 200 degrees celcius untill firm and golden similar to cake or scones around 20 mins for muffins 35mins for loaf, if you need to know fahrenheit or ounces there are conversion calculators on the internet.(this recipe only rises about a centimetre so fill the tins 3/4 full also it is a slightly sour bread so feel free to add other flavours like apples strawberries garlic cheese etc it cooks much like scones so you can add most things but be carefull what you add is low carb.) happy baking.
