Gluten-Free Corn Fritters

Ingredients
1 � cups creamed corn1 egg1 � cups cornmeal� tsp. baking powder� tsp. salt1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Mix corn and egg in a bowl.
In another bowl combine the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the corn; stir until moistened.
Heat oil in pan.
Spoon batter into hot oil, fry until golden brown, approximately 3 minutes per side.
Drain on brown paper or paper towel.
