Clementine Watermelon Radish Salad

Ingredients
6-8 clementines, peeled and sectioned12 watermelon radishes, sliced very thinly1 T. cilantro3 T. fresh clementine juice2 tsp. water (if needed)1 tsp. powdered sugar1/4 tsp. salt (if needed)1 small red onion, sliced into thin rings
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate at least 30 minutes at room temp before serving.
