Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti, uncookedsalt, pepper125 g bacon4 medium-large eggs250 ml whipping cream100 g parmesan, shredded2 tbsp parsley, shredded2 tbsp oil (canola)
Directions
- boil spaghetti as recommended
- dice bacon
- mix eggs, whipping cream, salt, pepper and 2/3 of parmesan (= sauce)
- heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and fry bacon
- mix cooked spaghetti with sauce and fry shortly in another frying pan (with 1 tbsp of oil)
- garnish with parsley and rest of parmesan
