Tuna and Cheesey Mashed Potato Casserole

2 cans of tuna in water, drained4 small potatoes, peeled and washed1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken1 cup frozen peas1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1 cup of shredded cheeseS&P to taste
Preheat oven to 350
Boil potatoes until done. Place in mixing bowl with 1 tbs butter and can of cream of mushroom soup. Mix until mashed. Add 1 cup pea, 2 cans tuna (drain first), 1/4 cup chopped onions, S&P for taste. Bake in oven 10 min. Top with 1 cup of cheese and bake for another 10-15min.
