Ingredients
8 oz grapes (about a cup and a half)1 medium apple1 can pineapple chunks in 100% juice1 can mandarin oranges in light syrup
Directions
Cut up apple into chunks. Add grapes and drained pineapple and oranges. Chill and serve.

The calories shown on this may be a little high as I drain all the liquid off of the oranges and most of the juice of off the pineapple.
