Ingredients
16 oz. no yolk egg noodles1 tsp. cumin1 can rinsed kidney or black beans1-2T garlic powder.5-1 tsp. cayenne pepper ground1 can drained corn1 T. ground coriander1/3 cup catsup
Directions
350 degree oven

Use large flat casserole dish

Mix all ingredients in pot after draining noodles, then place mixed ingredients in casserole. Place in oven.
