1 Whole 1.5LB Package Whiting Fillet Fish (1 fillet) 113gm Winn Dixie Brand, 6 4oz servings 2 Cups WaterSabor Latino Sazon Seasoning, 5 gram(s1 Can Libbys Sweet Peas, 425 gram(s)\1 Can Llibby's Cut Green Beans (canned), 2 cup1 Small 4oz Can Mushrooms - Pieces & Stems - PAMPADrained (113g) 2 1/2 Cup Servings Per Can, 2 serving 1 12oz BagColumbia Enriched Egg Noodles (cooked), 10.50 Cup 13/4 Cup(65g) servings CAN SAVE - 220 Calories, 3g Fat, 1g Saturated Fat, 65mg Cholesterol, 15mg Sodium, 40g Carbohydrates, Dietary Fiber 2g, 2g Sugars,8g Protein. Directions
Put fish filets in slow cooker on high for 2 hours. When you have 10 minutes left to cook add in all your cans of vegetables. Allow to cook the remaining 10 Minutes with the lid on. Boil your egg noodles according the package directions and drain well. Take 1 serving 1 3/.4 of noodles and place on a plate and then take 2 Fish Filets (about 4oz) and 1 1/4 cup of veggies over the Noodles, serve and eat.
