50 g Cashew nuts200 g Oats300 g Groundnuts 400 g Dates
Mild roast and cut Cashewnuts in smaller pieces.
Roast oats for 5 minutes.
Roast groundnuts for 10 minutes, Grind them.
Make paste of dates(after removing seeds) in mixer.
Mix all this and make balls (size of table tennis ball).
Its a great snack at craving times.
Serving Size: Makes 30 balls
