Ingredients
8 oz macaroni (dry weight)3 6-oz cans water-pack tuna, drained1 cup light mayonnaise2tsp Dijon mustard2tsp lemon juice4Tbsp chopped jalapeno peppers1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped onionsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta per instructions. Drain and cool. Toss with other ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste. Best chilled overnight.
