1/4 cup sliced scallions2 T snipped fresh cilantro1 T fresh lime juice1 T canola oil1 garlic clove pressed1 t sugar1/2 t cajun seasoning2 c broccoli slaw mix1 lb tilapia fish fillets1 T cajun seasoningWholly Guacamole (1 T per serving)
combine first 8 ingredients. Set aside. Sprinkle remaining seasoning on tilapia. Cook until fish flakes. Warm tortillas spread with guacamole top with tilapia and then broccoli slaw mixture.
