Homemade Tuna Salad

Ingredients
4 cans drained of starkist tuna in water4.5 tbsp. of miracle whip originalraw onion peeled and diced about 1 cupsalt and pepper (optional)granulated sugar (1 tsp)sweet pickle relish 1/2 cuphard boiled egg (2 medium, peeled and chopped fine)celery seed about 1 tsp.
Directions
In medium storage bowl drain tuna and with a fork break up tuna into fine pieces
Add miracle whip and raw onion, spices, and sweet relish,
then add hard boiled eggs chopped fine and stir well.

Cover with lid and place in refrigerator to chill about 1 hour.

Great served on crackers, wheat toast or favorite bread of choice., or as a side dish with veggies and fruit.

Serving Size: makes 8-10 servings dependent on how its served.
