Molly's Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 oniongreen pepperall beans, rinsedHeniz chili saucetomato pastemushroomsdiced tomatoesbeef broth
Directions
In large frying pan, add 1 tsp. olive oil, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add sliced muchrooms cook another 2 minutes. Add to slow cooker, add all beans, can tomatoes, chili sauce, beef broth, chili powder,tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer in slower for 3-4 hours.

Serving Size: makes 12, 1.5cup srvings
