Cheerio Chicken

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Cheerios2 Chicken breast cut into strips1/4 Cup 1%MilkMrs. Dash (or other seasonings of your choice- I use garlic powder, salt and pepper)
Directions
Slice chicken breast into strips, thinner strips cook faster and are easier for kids to eat. Crush Cheerios and mix with seasonings in shallow dish, You can season how you wish. I find garlic powder and salt and pepper are enough to give good flavor. Dunk strips in milk and roll lightly in cheerios mixture. Bake at 350 until chicken is not pink anymore. Fast and Easy!
