French Country Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 7 ounces (remove)*Bread Flour - Unbleached, King Arthur Flour, 0.1 cup (remove)Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium (remove)*Blue Bonnet Margarine (Stick), 1 tbsp (remove)*Rosemary, small sprig of rosemary converts to 1/2 a teaspoon of dried rosemary, 3 tsp (remove)*dry white wine 125ml, .20 serving (remove)*"Swanson" Chicken Broth, 100% Fat Free, No MSG (1 cup), .5 serving (remove)*Fresh Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Place boneless breasts between wax paper and pound to flatten. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Melt 1 T. margarine in saucepan. add thinly sliced shallot and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add flour and stir. Add wine & chicken stock. Cook, and as sauce thicken stir. Add rosemary. Spray a skillet with spray. Add chicken and saute on both sides Plate and topwith parsley
