Broccoli Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
4 cups chopped raw broccoli4 cups (or one head) of cauliflower2 tsp. dried basil4 tbsp. butter1/4 cup flour6 cups milksalt and pepper to taste
Directions
steam broccoli and cauliflower in a steamer basket. Add basil to the water that is steaming the veggies.
While the veggies are steaming, melt butter in a pot, add flour, stir for a minute. Slowly stir in milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cooked veggies but not the veggie water. Add salt and pepper to taste. YUM!
