Donna's Anzac Biscuits

Ingredients
1 cup flour1 cup sugar1 cup rolled oats1 cup baker's coconut4 teaspoons honey1/2 cup margarine1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
Combine dry ingredients
Melt margarine with honey
Mix baking soda with 2 tablespoons boiling water, and add to the margarine/honey mixture, then mix with dry ingredients
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment paper covered baking sheets. Bake at 325 for 12 minutes. Cool on wire rack and enjoy.
