Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1.5 cups oatmeal flour (I grind flour with my blender)2 scoops of Visalus protein powder (or powder of your choice)4 egg whites1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 cup warm water
Directions
Preheat griddle to 375. Mix all dry ingredients together (sift for more uniform mixture) plus 1/4 tsp salt. Add 1 cup of water and egg whites. Mix well. Pour onto greased griddle (I use spray oil). Flip once bubbles form around edges. Enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 24 pancakes (1/8 cup of batter per pancake); 4 pancakes per serving
