2 c. cabbage, chopped1/4 c. red bell pepper, chopped1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped1/4 c. yellow bell pepper, chopped1/2 medium onion, chopped1/4 c. carrot, chopped1 Tbs. vegetable oil1 tsp. seasoning salt1 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. poultry seasoning1/4 tsp. cumin
Heat oil on medium heat. Add in onion, bell pepper, & seasoning. Cook approx. 2 minutes. Add carrot & cabbage. Cook about 10 min. on medium heat. You can add water to cook vegetables to a softer consistency.
