Pumpkin Spice Smoothie from Healthful Pursuits

Ingredients
1 cup non-dairy milk – I used Almond Breeze Original unsweetened almond milk1/2 scoop Gold Standard Vanilla Ice Cream whey protein1/2 cup canned pumpkin1/2 banana1 tbsp raisins or 1/2 tsp maple syrup1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/8 tsp ground gingerpinch ground nutmegpinch ground clovespinch allspice
Directions
Place everything in the blender.
Blend until smooth
Pour into your favorite glass and place a couple tablespoons of vegan coconut whipped cream* on top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon if you’d like!

*I just use regular whipped cream, or leave it off altogether
