Grilled Portabello Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
Grilled Portabello cap3 cloves garlic1 chicken breast1 large onion2 lg scallionsred winesoy sauce4 oz thin pasta
Directions
chop onions, chicken, and scallions
Grill portabello on Foreman Grill add some chopped garlic, garlic powder, onion powder and a little soy to mushroom. Cook about 10 minutes or until desired. Chop mushroom when done.

Cook Pasta according to package - salt water to flavor noodles.

In a saute' pan, add onion allow to cook in some water. I prefer water to oil to cut down on fat. Add garlic, chicken, and scallions. Add soy sauce and red wine. Keep adding liquid so that the chicken and onions don't stick to pan. There should be a decent amount of liquid to coat noodles.

When chicken is cooked thoroughly. Toss with drained cooked noodles and grilled mushrooms.

Serving Size: 2 very large bowls or 3 smaller bowls
