Lean Ground Turkey Breast, 16 ozOatmeal, Old Fashioned, 0.5 cupOat Bran, .25 cupOnion - chopped, 1.5 cupTVP, 0.5 cupTomato sauce, canned, 1 cup for toppingtomato puree, 1ea 15 oz can, half for mix, half to mix with sauce for toppingWorchestershire Sauce, 3 tspGarlic powder, .5 tspPepper, black, .5 tspEgg Substitute, 0.5 cup
Spray 8 x 8 cake pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook chopped onions. Stir all ingredients (except tomato sauce and half of puree for topping) together in bowl. Pour into sprayed pan and spread evenly. Add few dashes garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper to topping tomato puree and pour over meat mixture. Spread evenly.
Cook until done. Cooking time may be different depending on how moist your ingredients are and other factors. Check it before you pull it from the oven.
Serving Size: makes 8 servings
