Tuna "Spread"

Ingredients
2 - 12.5 oz cans tuna in water, drained1/4 c. carrot, diced finely1/2 medium onion, diced finely1/2 mini cucumber, diced finely2 large eggs, hard boiled and mashed4 Tbs. fat free mayo3 Tbs. spicy brown mustard.salt*pepper*cayenne pepper**not included in nutritional value due to being added for personal taste.
Directions
Place eggs in pot and fill until eggs are covered with cold water. Bring to a boil and keep at boil for 10 minutes. Turn off, remove from heat and let eggs cool in water.
Drain cans of tuna.
Mashed eggs in medium boil. Take fork to "flake" tuna and add to the same bowl.
Finely dice carrot, cucumber, and onion. Add to tuna & eggs.
Add mayo and mustard, mix until combined.

Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper to taste*
