Baked Apple

Ingredients
1 Tart apple1 Tbs brown sugar1/4 tsp cinnamonother flavors you may like to add: nutmeg or clovesSmart Balance buttery spread (I'm watching my cholesterol)
Directions
Core the apple, leaving the bottom in tact. Mix the brown sugar and other spices together, then pack them into the apple core. Top with 1 tsp of butter spread and place in a microwave dish and cover. Microwave for 3-4 minutes, let stand in microwave for about a minute more. Enjoy! I eat mine in a bowl so I can sop up all the brown sugar syrup with the apple:)
