Garlic Bean Soup

Ingredients
3 cups Dried Great Northern Beans cooked2 cups Onions, chopped 1/2 cup Celery, diced 4 cloves garlic, sliced thin2 Tbsp. Olive Oil20 Baby Carrots raw cut into thirds1 Qt. Swanson 99% fat free chicken broth2 bay leaves1 tsp. Black Pepper(Salt to taste)

1. In a large skillet, cook the onion, celery, carrots, and garlic in oil for 4 to 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
2. Add chicken broth, pepper, bay leaves and beans; heat to boiling.
3. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes
