Tomatillos and White Bean Chilli

Ingredients
This only gets better with age. I make a ton and freeze it.
Directions
Cook garlic and onion in the oils for about 5 minutes.
Add diced tomato, tomatillos, chicken broth, and spices. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.

Serving Size: Serves 16 at about a cup and a half.
