raw mushroom salad

Ingredients
1/4 lb mushrooms1/2 rib of celery1/2 of a red onion2 tbsp flax oil2 tbsp cider vinegar1 tsp dried oregano2 tbsp fresh basil2 tbsp fresh parsley
Directions
chop mushrooms, dice celery, slice red onion and combine with flax oil, cider vinegar and oregano.

Refrigerate over night and add fresh ingredients when ready to eat.
