Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
Fresh Asparagus - approx. 1 cup1 Red Bell Pepper1 Yellow Bell Pepper1 medium sweet potato (I pre-cooked in the microwave to soften)1 medium onion1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 tsp chopped garlic
Directions
Chop all vegetables into bite sized pieces, place in a bowl. Add Olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper to taste - mix thoroughly - place in vegetable roasting pan and cook on grill until tender - stirring occassionally. (Can also be double wrapped in foil and cooked on grill, turning occassionally to avoid burning).
*Please note - cooking time depends on the amount of vegetables you're cooking, the heat of your grill and the amount of tenderness you desire in your vegetables.
