Mary's Black Bean Stew

Ingredients
1 15oz can of black bean (drained and rinesed)1 15oz can of corn (preferred no salt added)1 15oz can of diced tomatoes-basil, garlic & oregano (no salt added)1 4oz can of mushrooms (no salt added)1 lb of chicken (boiled in water)2 cloves of garlic, chopped1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Boiling chicken until fully cooked (about 8 mins) then cut or shred it into pieces. chopped garlic. Then add everything to a pot and simmer for 20mins or until fully hot. Enjoy :o)
