Easy Turkey Sloppy Joes (gumbo)

20 oz extra lean Jennie-O ground turkey (97/3)1 can Campbell's Light condensed chicken gumbo soup1 medium onion, chopped2 Tbsp ketchup1 tsp horseradish mustard
Brown onion and ground turkey and drain. Add green pepper, ketchup, mustard, and chicken gumbo soup. Simmer until the mixture reaches the consistency you like.
I like to toss in a little red pepper to spice it up a bit. YUM!
Serve on hamburger buns (not included in nutrition info).
