Chelsea's Vanilla & Pepper French Toast

Ingredients
1 Slice Trader Joe's Whole Grain Whole Wheat Fiber Bread (or similar) 1 whole egg (or egg whites if you prefer)1 tsp vanilla1 dash pepper1 splash nonfat milk (1-2 Tbsp)
Directions
Whisk egg, milk, vanilla & pepper together. Dip one slice bread into mixture, let soak in. Heat pan or griddle to medium heat, spray, and place bread in pan. Cook, flipping in the middle, ready when toast turns golden brown.
