Taco Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
4 Bell Peppers (any color)1 lb lean ground turkey1/2 Cup Chopped Onion2 TBS Chopped Garlic1 Can Refried Beans1 Can Black Beans1/2 Cup Salsa1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Brown ground turkey with onions and garlic, add salsa, and beans, cook until mixed well. Cut 4 bell peppers in half and remove the seeds, stuff with mixture and cover with cheese, (I always add some jalapeno peppers), Cook in oven at 375 for 20 minutes or until done.

Serving Size: Makes 8 - 1/2 bell peppers
