Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups uncooked seashell pasta4 cans of Tuna1 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped onion1 tbsp butter1/4 cup flour2 cups milk1 cup cubed cheddar cheese1 package crushed saltines
Directions
1. Cook pasta as indicated on package instructions and set aside.
2. Cook celery & onion in butter over medium high heat until still crispy but not squishy. Add generous amounts of salt & pepper. When done, add flour & stir in. Pour milk in all at once. Continue cooking until thick & bubbly. Pour entire mixture over cooked noodles, cheese & tuna. Mix well.
3. Pour mixture into a glass 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle crackers over the top. Cook @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.
