Avocado Spread

Ingredients
3 HAAS Avocados, No Skin or Seed2/3 Cup Chopped Onions (I used yellow)3 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 Tsp Yellow Mustard3 Tbsp Chopped, Fresh Chive~~~~You Will Also Need~~~Food ProcessorRubber SpatulaSpoon (for tasting mix)Rubber-Maid Glass Storage Bowl
Directions
1. In a food processor, Combine all ingredients.
2. Puree Mixture
3. Taste your Mix.
4. Add lime to YOUR taste.
5. Transfer into a glass dish with a lid (I like glass rubber-maid dishes with the matching rubber lids)

You can eat it now, OR you may put in the fridge for a few hours to let all the ingredients blend together further.

Makes about 2 cups puree, and about 24 Single Tablespoons.
