4 Medium Idaho Potatoes, peeled and diced5 Chicken Boullion Cubes1 cup of Chopped Onion2 Garlic Cloves, minced4 cups of water4 oz of cream cheese, cubed
Place potatoes, boullion cubes, onion, garlic in saucepan. Add water. Bring to boil and simmer until potatoes are tender. Add the cubed cream cheese and simmer until cream cheese is melted.
