Tuna and Whole Grain Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
8 oz whole grain pasta of choice1 cup onion, coarsely chopped3 six ounce cans tuna packed in water, drained2 ten ounce pkg frozen mixed veggies, thawed: broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots8 ounce can mushrooms8 ounce can evaporated non fat milkcayenne pepper to taste1/2 tsp marjoram or tarragon leaves1-1/2 cup grated low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Boil onions and pasta according to package directions.
Combine all other ingredients except cheese.
Transfer to a 3 quart or 8.5 by 11 inch casserole
Bake at 350 til liquid is bubbly, about 15 minutes

Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake til cheese melts
