Spicy Chicken & Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked, diced of chicken10 ounce package frozed chapped spinach, thawed and drained well1 small union, chopped1 T butter1/4 c. canned pickled jalpenos, roughly chopped, 1 ounce can8 ounces cream cheese, softened1/3 c sour cream10 ounce can Ro-tel tomoatoes, drained (tomatoes with green chilies)1/4 t. cumin1/2 t. chili powder8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Mix the chicken and spinach in a greased 2.5 quarter casserole. Meanwhile, saute the unioin in butter until tender; add to the chicken. Stir in all of the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees 40-50 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
