0.25cup coconut oil0.5 cup honey0.25 maple syrup1 tsp vanilla1tsp cinnamon2 cups almonds (chopped or slivered)1 cup pumpkin seeds4 cups old fashioned oatmeal (uncooked)1 cup raisins
melt first 5 ingredients on top of stove. Add wet mixture to oats and nuts and mix well. Spread mixture over cookie sheets and place in 220* oven. Stir at 20 minute intervals until the oats and nuts lose the raw taste. It took me 80 minutes. When cool, stir and add raisins. Store in airtight container.
