Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients
1 Large Onion400g Minced beefChilli PowderOxo cubeSalt and PepperMarmiteTinned TomatoePeppers (Sliced chunky) 1 x green, 1 x redKidney BeansBaked Beans
Directions
Chop onion and brown (not crispy, keep soft).
Add Beef and OXO cube. Season with Salt and Pepper. Stir until browned.
Add tinned Tomatos, peppers, marmite and chilli powder.
Bring to the boil for 10 minutes.
Add rinsed Kidney Beans and Baked Beans. add chilli powder to taste.
Leave to simmer for 40-50 minutes.
