Spaghetti Squash with Turkey Smoked Sausage

Ingredients
4 cups spaghetti squash16 oz turkey smoked sausage1/2 onion sliced1/2 green pepper sliced1/2 t basil1/2 t oregano1/2 t minced garlic
Directions
Cook spaghetti squash, set aside

Spray pan with nonstick oil
Mix remaining ingredients and stir fry until peppers are soft and onions are clear and caramelized

Place squash on plate and top with sausage and vegetable mixture

Serving Size: Serves four
