Chicken Curry Supreme

Ingredients
1/2 roasting chicken, cut in cubes4 tbsp. light margarine3 cloves garlic, minced1 medium onion, chopped2 stalks medium celery, chopped3 large potatoes, chopped1/3 c. flour2 tbsp. curry powder1 tsp. salt3 c. chicken broth2 tsp. yellow mustard3 dashes of black pepper
Directions
Chop all vegetables. In large pan, brown meat on all sides in margarine. Add garlic, onion, celery, and potato. Cook 5 minutes longer. Add flour, curry powder, and salt. Mix well. Add chicken broth. Cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
