Max's Low-Sodium Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 cups Broccoli, chopped2 cups Cauliflower, chopped1/2 cup green pepper, diced1/2 cup red pepper, diced1 cup leeks, sliced1 cup celery, chopped2 Tbsp. olive oil8 oz.cooked Roast Beef, cut into strips1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Herb Seasoning
Directions
Heat Olive oil in wok; add broccoli, cauliflower, celery, and peppers and cook until partly cooked, about 10 minutes. Add leeks, roast beef, and seasoning. Finish cooking until vegetables are slightly crisp. Serve alone or with rice.
