Baked Salmon

Ingredients
Atlantic Salmon (fish), 500 grams (remove) Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds (remove) Garlic, 3 clove (remove) Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
Directions
Wash salmon fillets and place in glass pan or on foil. Stud with sliced garlic, cover in sliced onion and lemon and drizzle olive oil over. Cover pan with foil or wrap fish in foil packet. Bake at 200 C for 30-40 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
