Pear and Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1 pear, diced1/3 cup craisins1 oz crumbled semi soft goat cheese1 tbsp evoo1 tbsp honey1 tbsp lime juice1/3 c. walnuts (optional)
Directions
mix all ingredients well and chill up to 1 day of desired. May serve over romaine lettuce hearts and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired.
