Pumpkin Oatmeal with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats1 cup water1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 medium banana (sliced thin) 2 egg whites1/2-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 cup pumpkin puree1-2 TBSP chocolate chipssweetener if desired
Directions
combine oats, water, vanilla, banana and egg whites in a large bowl. (Oatmeal puffs up when cooking) Microwave on high 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway thru.
Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice and mix well.
Top with chocolate chips and add sweetener if desired.
