Ingredients
4 egg whites1/2 cup cottage cheese1 bananas1/4 cup chick peaspineapple slicesstevia to tasteCoconut milkYou can add more chick peas for protein Coconut extract can bee addedice cubesa couple frozen fruit chunks for each glass ( two or three)
Directions
Blend egg whites ,cootage cheese ,banana, chickpeas,pineapple,stevia for 5 minutes. Add ice blend until well mixed. Pour into fancy glasses and enjoy.
