Ingredients
Ground Beef (extra lean), 2 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m Bob's Red Mill TVP, 1.25 cup *Beef Base, Better Than Bouillon (1 tsp), 1 tsp (in TVP water)*Classico Cabernet Marinara Sauce 1 jar*Bulgar 1/2 c cooked, 4 serving (= 2 cups)*Earthpure Organic Tomato Sauce (398 ml can), 1 serving Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (for frying)
Directions
Fry Extra Lean Ground beef and hydrate the TVP with boulion in water as per instructions on package, hydrate also the bulgar. Place cooked beef aside and fry bulgar and TVP mixed together with olive oil and add more boulion for a more beefy taste if desired. Add beef and sauces and mix. Add this mix to pasta sauces, makes 10 cups.
